w2g.tv (Watch2Gether) is a service that lets you watch youtube videos (and a lot of other online media) synchronized with your friends, and have video/audio chat at the same time, all built into the same web service.
If you want to announce the room more than 24h in advance you need to create an account, and “save your room” (press the settings cog wheel when you are in your temporary room and give it a name)
With a saved room you can post it as the link in a Facebook-event or in your local chat group.
